How do I know my nail sizes?

We offer free sizing kits with a purchase to our UK customers. Please make sure to select the shape and length you would want your set in and write “Your custom size” Note box at page where are see the product. Otherwise, we do sell sizing kits for £1 plus shipping for our national/international customers.

Please note that sizes may slightly vary depending on what shape you choose. Please make sure to select and/or buy individual sizing kits for each shape that you’re interested in.

Sizing Kit time frame?

If you’ve requested a free sizing kit with your pre-order:

Sizing kits are mailed as soon as possible through standard shipping 3-4 business days. Our processing time starts once you’ve sent us your sizes NOT when you first place your order.

If you’ve purchased a sizing kit:

Your sizing kit will be mailed as soon as possible, and delivery will depend on shipping method. (UK Royal Mails first class)

 

How long is the processing time?

*Please note that processing time only includes the time to make the nails. NOT how long it’ll take for your nails to be delivered. Shipping time is dependent of deilvery company (UK Royal Mail first class).

Currently, all orders take approximately 2-10 business days to process, with the exception of sets labeled as “Ready to Stick/ Ship”. Please keep in mind that if you order more than one set at a time there may be a delay in processing time. Bigger orders take longer to complete which in turn causes some delays.  All sets are made to order and worked on, in the order they were received. 

Please note, THESE TIME FRAMES ARE JUST AN ESTIMATE. We do not guarantee that your order will be shipped within this time frame. They may be shipped sooner but can certainly take longer.  We are not liable for delays in shipping. Once we’ve shipped your set it’s out-of-our hands.

Lost Packages

  We are not responsible lost or damaged packages. If your package has been lost or damaged please contact your shipping provider directly.

 

Colour and Finish disclaimer

Colour: There may be slight variations in colour to the photos in the listing due to lighting, skin tone, different gel batches from the manufacturer, etc. 

Finish: For sets that have a “Shiny” or “Matte”  or “Same as on the picture” option; if you do not select one of the two options then we will default to the finish in the photo for the listing.

Can I cancel my order? 

Cancellations are only allowed within the first 12 hrs after purchase. We do not accept exchanges or returns because of the handmade nature of the product. 

​

How long do the nails last?

Wear will be dependent on the care and how rough you are with your hands. We recommend you prep your nails prior to application for a longer wear.

Glue tabs are recommended for a few hours for a special occasion and up to a few days if a dab of glue is applied at the center of the nail for a better hold. Are stick/ press ons reusable?

They are. So, you have worn your nails with glue and want to know how you can get your next wear out of them? After you have soaked your nails in warm water the glue on the back will be soft enough to scrape off ready for the next application (if used gel tabs they will peel off no problem ready to reuse) If you use glue we recommend you purchase a pumice pen to file away the excess glue that builds up on the back of the nail.

What if I ordered the wrong nail sizes?

All orders are handmade therefore we do not accept returns and can not be held responsible for a customer ordering the wrong size. We offer free sizing kits to assist in the sizing process.
